Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healthify iOS application ("App"), operated by Healthify ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Healthify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may publish. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access the App without a paid subscription.

Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and as permitted by the App Store Review Guidelines.

4. Subscription Plans

Healthify offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Healthify Premium") that unlock full access to all features, including unlimited heart rate measurements, advanced analytics, trend reports, HRV tracking, stress analysis, and AI-powered health insights.

The exact price for each plan — including the introductory first-week price and the standard renewal price — is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are set in accordance with local App Store pricing tiers. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Subscription features include, but are not limited to, unlimited daily measurements, detailed trend charts, AI health insights, Apple HealthKit sync, an ad-free experience, and priority customer support.

5. Introductory First-Week Offer

Healthify offers an introductory low price for the first week of a Healthify Premium Weekly subscription to eligible new subscribers. This offer applies exclusively to the Weekly plan. Quarterly and Annual plans are billed at the standard rate from the first billing cycle.

To avoid being charged the standard weekly rate, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the introductory period ends. Cancellation must be completed through your Apple ID subscription settings. We are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf or issue refunds for charges resulting from failure to cancel in time.

6. Payment — Apple In-App Purchase Only

All payments for Healthify Premium are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store In-App Purchase system. Healthify does not collect, process, or store any payment card information at any time.

By initiating a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

For billing inquiries or disputes, please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. Healthify is unable to resolve billing matters on Apple's behalf.

7. Automatic Renewal

Healthify Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (weekly, quarterly, or annually) at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your Healthify Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation must be completed through Apple.

To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Healthify from your active subscriptions.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

After cancellation, you retain access to Healthify Premium features until the end of the current paid period. Your account will then revert to the free tier. No prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

9. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Healthify does not directly issue refunds. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Healthify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful.

11. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Healthify is a general wellness application only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or health condition. Do not use this App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Heart rate and physiological measurements are derived from camera-based optical (PPG) signals and are not equivalent to clinical ECG readings, medical-grade pulse oximetry, or physician-administered tests. Results may be affected by skin tone, ambient lighting, device model, movement, and other factors.

Do not use this App during a medical emergency. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, or other emergency symptoms, call your local emergency services immediately. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions based on data from this App.

12. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Healthify or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App or any content therein, except for the limited license expressly set forth herein.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEALTHIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HEALTHIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY HARM ARISING FROM HEALTH DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA OR MEASUREMENTS FROM THE APP.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Healthify is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), the Apple EULA shall take precedence. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and display an in-app notification the next time you launch Healthify. Where required by law, we will obtain your affirmative consent before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscriptions.
